Dear Secretary,
It is proposed to convene National Council Meeting at Bhopal either on 26 & 27/03/2015 or on 08 & 09/04/2015, subject to availability of infrastructure and confirmation from the Bhopal Unit.
The decision to finalise the dates for holding the NC as per the above slots shall be taken at the office-bearers meeting to be held on 09/03/2015 at Chennai.
As GS, my personal opinion and view was/is that NC dates should not clash with the ongoing promotion process (B to C and subsequently A to B) as it may deny many/some of the office-bearers from attending the NC. However, the decision shall be taken as per the majority view on the issue from each unit in the true democratic essence.
You are therefore, requested to confirm yours and your units NC members availability/confirmation in attending the proposed meet for either or both the slots, as the case may be, to the undersigned latest by 27/02/2015, so that required decision may be taken accordingly.
