Dear Members ,
We have been approached
by many a grade 'D' and 'E' officers from some specific ROs and HO departments
in respect of their PAR review marks for the year 2015-16. We are pained to
note the state of affairs in this regards.
AINBOA has already
taken up the matter with the bank and I am sure that Hon'ble chairman shall, as
in the past, will take remedial steps to the satisfaction of the aggrieved
officers.
On the request of the
AINBOA, the bank has extended the date for preferring appeals to 06/09/2016
from 02/09/2016. I call upon all the aggrieved members to make use of the
official grievance redressal system by preferring the appeals within the
prescribed time period.
All of us will agree
that it is a painful experience for any officer but as office-bearers of the
AINBOA and also as one of your NABARD Parivar members we call upon each of you
to face the situation with patience, maturity and sagacity and do not resort to
any step which shall be counter productive and harmful to ourselves.
Rest assured, like last
year, this year too AINBOA will ensure justice and we are sure that the present
management, specially the Chairman, shall see reason and logic in your appeals
and met out the justice to each one of our members.
