1.        HRMS RELATED ISSUES


Ø Casual leave if sanctioned is obtained for date, cannot take any leave prior to it.

Ø Settlement of bill on notional basis – fare for the full sector not admitted.

Ø In case of leave taken before or after the tour, the local conveyance is not allowed.

Ø Booking of VOF and Holiday home, applied through HRMS allotment manually.

Ø Delay in settlement of DDM bills

Ø Condonation on delay in settlement of bill, in case of genuine reasons

2.       ISSUES RELATED TO CLMAS – Not stabilized as yet, officers are struggling.

3.        ISSUES RELATED TO RETENTION OF QUARTERS BY OFFICERS WITH SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO DDMs OF 60+ IDENTIFIED DISTRICTS.

4.       PROBLEMS FACED BY OFFICERS IN GRADE A/B/C WHILE UNDERTAKING TOURS TO DIFFICULT PLACES/ DISTRICTS IN HILLY STATES OF HP/UTTARAKHAND/J & K AND INACCESSIBLE AREAS.

5.       OFFICERS IN GRADE 'C' ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRAVEL BY TAXI (REFER TO RBI CIRCULAR).

6.       OFFICERS BEING NOT ALLOWED TO TRAVEL BY AIR WITHIN A STATE EVEN IF TRAIN TICKETS IN ELIGIBLE  CLASS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

7.       NON FURNISHING OF SRAs AT VARIOUS ROs. & UPKEEP OF VOFs, OFFICE PREMISES AND RESIDENTIAL PREMISES AND RELATED ISSUES

8.       POSTING OF OFFICERS TO SUBSIDIARIES (NABCONS, NABSAMRIDHI, NABKISAN, BIRD). : NORMS AND PAYMENT OF DEPUTATION ALLOWANCE



9.       ISSUES RELATED TO CONDUCT OF SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.

10.   ALLOWING AINBOA TO USE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, IP MESSAGE WINDOW FOR COMMUNICATING WITH ITS MEMBERSHIP AND ALLOWING AINBOA THE FACILITY OF VIDEO CONFERENCING FOR ITS INTERNAL MEETINGS.

11.   CONVENING OF MEETINGS WITH NBOA BY THE HRMD ON REGULAR INTERVALS

12.    PROVIDING A COPY OF ALL THE RELEVANT CIRCULARS BEING ISSUED BY BANK TO AINBOA.

13.   NON AVAILABILITY OF PRESCRIBED AND QUALITY DRUGS

14.   USE OF WHATSAPP AND PERSONAL EMAIL IDs FOR OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION. COMMUNICATING OFFICIAL MATTERS TO OFFICERS AFTER OR BEFORE OFFICE HOURS, EVEN AT ODD HOURS AND ON HOLIDAYS AS ALSO WHEN ON LEAVE
